Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for the decomposition of departmental production plans and taking measures to improve performance;

2. Coordinate communication with each department to organize workshop production scheduling and achieve goals;

3. Promote various KPI projects such as process improvement, yield rate enhancement, production efficiency, material control, and rework and handling of defective products;

4. Production site management, resource follow-up, personnel allocation, ensuring smooth progress of production;

5. Attendance, discipline, performance assessment, and skill training for workshop staff.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Full-time associate degree or above, graduated in electronic technology, industrial engineering, machinery and related majors;

2. Over 5 years of experience in production system management in the manufacturing industry, with fluent communication in English;

3. Strong analytical abilities, capable of independently solving quality problems in the production process, with strong stress resistance;

4. Good communication skills, team consciousness, relatively good organizational ability and leadership skills.
