Job Description: General Manager - Sales and Marketing (South India)
Experience Required:

• 10 to 18 years of experience in Sales and Marketing within industries such as Boilers, Industrial Exhaust Fans, Conveyors, Rice Mills, Silos, Cleaners, Grading Machines, and Color Sorters.

Qualification:

• B.E. (Mechanical), B.Tech, or any related Degree.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Sales and Marketing:
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth across South India.
• Identify market trends and opportunities, ensuring the company remains competitive.

1. Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.
• Conduct regular training and skill development programs for team members.

1. Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Address customer concerns and provide solutions promptly.

1. Market Development:
• Expand market presence by identifying new business opportunities and territories within South India.
• Conduct competitor analysis and implement strategies to gain a competitive edge.

1. Product Knowledge:
• Stay updated on the company’s product portfolio, including boilers, industrial exhaust fans, conveyors, rice mills, silos, cleaners, grading machines, and color sorters.
• Provide technical insights to customers and assist in product customization as needed.

1. Revenue and Profitability:
• Achieve sales and profitability targets while ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.

1. Collaboration:
• Work closely with production, R&D, and customer support teams to ensure seamless operations and product delivery.
