STORE Manager - Pharmaceutical Industry -Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, ensuring compliance with GMP guidelines and ISO standards.
  
• Oversee warehousing activities, including receiving, storing, and issuing finished goods (FG) and bulk materials.
  
• Lead a team of store staff members to achieve efficient inventory management and customer satisfaction goals.
  
• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to product availability, pricing, and promotions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 11-16 years of experience in Store Management or similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong knowledge of GMP compliance, ISO audit requirements, and pharmaceutical regulations.
  
• Proven track record of effective team management skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams.
