Lead and oversee the DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and Quality Assurance (QA) teams in a SaaS company, ensuring optimal cloud operations, service reliability, and product quality.

What youll be doing:

• Develop and implement cloud operations strategies aligned with business objectives
• Manage and mentor DevOps, SRE, and QA team leads
• Drive continuous improvement in cloud infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD processes
• Oversee incident management and resolution processes
• Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards
• Optimize cloud costs and resource utilization
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance service reliability and performance
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for cloud operations
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
• Implement GenAI-powered self-service platforms for other teams
• Develop and maintain AI-driven automation tools for cloud operations
• Oversee the integration of GenAI models into DevOps and SRE workflows
• Establish best practices for responsible AI use in cloud operations
• Collaborate with data science teams to leverage AI for predictive maintenance and anomaly detection

Who you are:

• 15+ years of experience in cloud operations, DevOps, or related fields
• 7+ years of leadership experience in technology roles
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with containerization, orchestration, and microservices architectures
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices
• Understanding of QA methodologies and best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Experience implementing GenAI solutions in cloud environments
• Knowledge of large language models and their applications in DevOps and SRE
• Familiarity with AI ethics and responsible AI practices
• Understanding of AI-driven automation and its impact on cloud operations
• Experience with AI/ML platforms and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
