Job Description
A Residential Butler is responsible for keeping all residential amenity floors well maintained , stocked and to attend to all resident service requests at all the amenity spaces.
TASKS
- To Check, clean and restock all residential amenity floor area including , residents club, roof top , pool deck, outdoor dining spaces, open -air theatre etc.
- Prepares miseen place, setup and clears table, in the work area. Maintains high standard of hygiene and orderliness.
- Takes order for guest , serve food and beverage, and serve as per the private residence services and products .
- He/She should always maintain hygiene in their respective area.
- To Anticipates residents needs and takes ownership of concerns and requests; acts decisively to ensure satisfaction. Offers a special personalized touch when an opportunity is presented.
- Is proficient in the safe handling of all relevant equipment and machinery, reports defects and accidents to management immediately . Is competent in MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) procedures a nd trained in accident response.
- Cleans and self-inspects amenity space pantries in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
- The ability to offer assistance to any resident in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Maintain all equipment and supplies and use them in a proper manner.
- Keep am enity space pantries clean and correctly stocked and closed at all times when not in use. Must ensure working equipment is always clean, tidy and in good working order . To be responsible for reporti ng any malfunctioning equipment
- Maintain cleanliness, inventory, set-ups and standards in all the amenity spaces and have the ability to provide proper and safe operation of the equipment in these areas.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to carry out any other additional duties as assigned by the Director of residence and /Residential Leader .
- To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required, to meet business d emands and guest service needs.
- Form part of the Emergency Response team while on shift .
SKILLS AND COMPENTENCIES
- Fluent in English, reading and writing.
- Secondary education .
- Possesses a high degree of product knowledge and relevant technical skills.
