Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Bid Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating visually compelling bid documents and presentations using PowerPoint, InDesign, Ceros, and other design software. This role requires a keen eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively under tight deadlines.

You will help bring creativity to the bid process, think outside of the box and challenge the norm in the pursuit of enabling Forvis Mazars to stand out at every stage of the process weather it be designing agendas for key meetings, building Miro Boards for collaboration sessions or producing the final proposal you will believe that winning work is about more than just the final Bid document.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Production: Create high-quality bid documents, proposals, and presentations that align with brand guidelines and client requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with bid managers, writers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize PowerPoint, InDesign, Ceros, and other design tools to produce engaging and professional materials.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all bid materials are consistent with the companys branding and visual identity.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends and software updates to continuously improve the quality of bid documents.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all design assets.
• Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine and improve design outputs.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in bid design or a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in PowerPoint, InDesign, Ceros, and/or other relevant design software.
• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing previous bid design work.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the professional services sector
• Knowledge of additional design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
• Understanding of bid processes and requirements.
