Head - Finance - Manufacturing Industry - CA (8-12 yrs)

Job Description:

- We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Head of Finance - CA to lead our finance and accounting operations in Thrissur.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- Taxation: Manage tax compliance, including filing returns, tax planning, and audits.

- Internal Controls: Establish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure operational efficiency.

- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.

- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

- Cash Flow Management: Optimize cash flow and working capital.

- Investor Relations: Liaise with investors and other stakeholders.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.

- 8+ years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and standards.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in financial software (ERP systems, accounting software). Attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
