General Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency, quality, and safety
• Oversee production planning and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of products
• Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Manage the facility's budget, resources, and staffing levels
• Develop and implement training programs for employees to improve performance and safety
• Oversee maintenance activities to ensure that equipment is functioning properly and downtime is minimized
• Ensure that the facility is clean, organized, and safe for employees and visitors
Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and management at all levels
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with manufacturing software systems and technologies
