Deputy Manager / Manager - Payroll & Compliances

1. To ensure effective implementation of Payroll Processing/MIS.

• Ensure maintenance and updating of HR MIS.
• Coordination with Payroll Consultant and corporate for MIS/Salary Processing.

2. Responsible for the Full & Final Settlements

• Initiate the process of Full & Final for the absenteeism cases.
• To prepare the Full & Finals of all designees. (On Rolls, Retainers, and Transfer Cases.)
• Follow up with the external agencies for the final pay slip and IT Statement.

3. Act as an integral part in the Full & Final Recovery.

• To issue Notices to the defaulters for the recovery of Full & Final settlement.
• Take necessary approvals for the waiver for special cases and clear the outstanding.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in Payroll Compliances
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of HR analytics, reporting tools , auditing principles (internal & external).
