To qualify for this role, you should have :
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a related field, preferably in the b2c domain.
- A portfolio of products or projects that have achieved customer satisfaction, retention, and growth and also demonstrate your product management skills.
- A proven track record to build and deploy innovative AI driven solutions and tools.
- A bachelor's degree or higher in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field. Candidates who studied in Tier 2 / Tier 3 / Tier 4 towns will be preferred.
To ace this role, you should have :
- High agency and have the ability to find innovative ways of prototyping to validate the problems and solutioning before they go to the development phase.
- Passion and enthusiasm for building products that customers love and that make a positive difference in their lives.
- Hands-on experience in AI-driven personalized learning space for underserved students or AI for student engagement and skill assessment or AI-driven automation will get you further bonus points.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn new things and keep up with the latest trends and technologies in the product and industry space.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing customer needs, market conditions, and business priorities.
- Data-driven and customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to balance intuition and evidence in making product decisions.-
- Growth-oriented and feedback-seeking mindset, with the ability to learn from failures and improve continuously.
As a product manager for b2c products, you will :
- Be the voice of the customer : You will talk to customers, listen to their feedback, and understand their needs and wants. You will turn their pain points into solutions and their dreams into reality.
- Be the boss of your own AI product line : You will define the "Why" and "What" and "When to launch" of assigned initiatives and build consensus around the same with stakeholders. You will own the product vision, strategy, and road map of your product line.
- Be the master of your craft : You will design, test, and validate product features and functionality with customers and stakeholders. You will use data and customer insights to make informed decisions and measure your impact.
- Be the leader of the pack : You will work with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support, to deliver high-quality products that solve customer problems and provide value. You will communicate the product vision, goals, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
