Job Purpose:

We at Marwadi Financial Services are looking for the post of Research Analyst - Forensic

Requirements:

● Qualification: Chartered Accountant

● Experience: 0 to 1

● Location: Ahmedabad

● Vacancy 1

Responsibilities:

● Understand the sector industry in which the company operates

●Carryout in-depth analysis of the company's financials, and peer group comparison & indicate red flags for possible accounting manipulation

● Develop financial models to accurately reflect companies' overall performance like Profit & Loss accounts, Balance sheets, Cash flow, Fund flow, Ratios, etc.

● Understanding operational & financial aspects of a given Company across sectors.

● Web research for a given project topic.

● Assisting and coordinating in work assigned by senior analysts.

● Evaluate the corporate governance practices of the company within a given framework

● Evaluate promoter credentials and other business interests

● Understand the regulatory ambit in which the company operates and analyze various regulatory filings to verify the financials of the audited statement

● Undertake background due diligence on identified individuals/entities

● Prepare a presentation/report of your findings & present the same to the client

Skills:

● Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word software.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Should be Accurate and responsible
