Proposal Engineer

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Knowledge in Control Valve /Valves Industry
• Should have experience to independently handle enquiries with preparing techno commercial proposals.
• Knowledge of Valve sizing and selection, actuator selection and suitable accessories as per the application requirements in the Industry
• Experience to directly deal with the customers and close technical discussions with the customers Should have good decision making capacity and able to resolve the issues fast
• Willing for frequent travelling across India to different customer plant locations

Goals:

• Achieving Order booking target from specific area given to the member, VA achievement inline with the divisional target
• Responsible for Order booking and till order execution and shipment
• Divisional Inside Sales role responsible for proposals and Order clearance
• Travelling to customer for technical closure, generate MRO business from AU, Sizing and selection of Control valves, DSH & PRDS Valves

Technical Skills/Competencies:

• Good Communication Skill
• Reading and effective writing skills in English
• Good learning ability
• Flexible to adopt the division needs as required
• Should be a self-starter
• Good experience in using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Education:

Instrumentation or Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

Minimum 4 years plus
