Field Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Owning grid for any product issues and commissioning assistance.
• Owning installation and commissioning for new projects and delivering benefits.
• Sustaining the uptime of boilers and boiler efficiency systems
• Provide technical support and services to customers, both on-site and remotely.
• Conduct installations, commissioning, and maintenance of Forbes Marshall products.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, offering timely and effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer service.
• Generate accurate reports on service activities, documenting findings and recommendations.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and product developments.
• Hands on experience & Troubleshooting of Flow meters / Gas Analyzer / Dust Analyzer / Control valves / Liquid Analyzers etc.
• To Handle the Commissioning & Troubleshooting of Forbes Marshall Products like Boiler ,
• Pressure Reducing Station , Temperature Control Valve , Condensate Recovery System , Steam Traps , Flow Meter , Analytical Products , etc.

Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering

Key Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
