Role & responsibilities :

Head: Govt. Projects & CSR

For Head, Government Project &CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) role involving multi sectoral approach in Project implementation, end to end Project Management, Monitoring & Evaluation of Projects, Liaisoning with Government bureaucrats, CSRs and Local Government Bodies, Proposal Development of different verticals, overall Business Development.

The key responsibilities of a Govt. Projects Head & CSR include:

• Leadership in initiatives: Oversee planning, implementation and tracking of new CSR projects, leading teams to ensure timely, budget-compliant completion while monitoring progress and addressing issues, and coordinating with stakeholders to achieve objectives.
• Stakeholder Liaison and Compliance Management: Act as a bridge between government, NGOs, local communities, and the organization, establishing and maintaining relationships with government officials, agencies, and stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
• Strategic Proposal Development and Customization: Identify funding opportunities; collaborate with internal teams, and draft compelling project proposals aligned with Government schemes, policies and CSR objectives, customizing to meet diverse stakeholder requirements.
• Proactive Business Expansion and Partnership Development: Identify and capitalize on Government Projects as well as CSR opportunities aligned with organizational goals and government initiatives, strategize program expansion, cultivate stakeholder relationships, and negotiate agreements for sustainable partnerships.
• Program Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, allocate resources efficiently, uphold standards, evaluate outcomes, and adapt as necessary for optimal program management.
• Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish mechanisms for tracking performance, analyze metrics to assess impact, prepare insightful reports, and utilize feedback to enhance project strategies and future initiatives.
• Regulatory Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to laws and corporate policies, submit comprehensive reports to authorities, and maintain meticulous records of project activities and outcomes.

Preferred candidate profile :

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Masters or Bachelor's degree in Social Science, Public Relations, Political Science, or any other with relevant Experience.
• Proven experience in CSR, Government projects, government liaison, public relations, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Indian government structures, policies, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, Proposal Preparation, Report writing & Documentation.
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Willingness to travel extensively, often on short notice.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for document management and reporting.
