Data Manager - Sales Operations

Role & responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Data Expert to manage all data-related operations for our international call center sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on sales data to support strategic decision-making and enhance the effectiveness of our sales operations.

This is not a typical Data role, and although requires a great deal of technology / technical data fluency, is very much focused on managing all aspects of data to deliver a suite of solutions that is geared to ensuring the different teams are best equipped to target and close sales more efficiently.

Data Acquisition and Management:

• Source and purchase high-quality data sets to support sales strategies, ensuring alignment with target market profiles.
• Manage relationships with data vendors and negotiate contracts to obtain best-in-class data.

Data Tracking and Maintenance:

• Develop and maintain efficient systems for tracking data usage and integrity across the sales team.
• Implement processes for regular data cleansing to ensure the accuracy and relevance of data.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze data patterns and sales trends to provide actionable insights to the sales
• management team.
  Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for various stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.

Data Strategy and Optimization:
Work collaboratively with sales leaders to understand data requirements and align data

• strategies with business goals.
  Creating a suite of data tools that can add a number of levels to refine, and segment data specific tailored for the different teams goals and targets.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and data optimizations to enhance sales performance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Be very quick to adapt to business change and to resolve problems rapidly. Strong communication skills and the ability to present data findings effectively.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms like Zoho, Hubspot or Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Big Data technologies and practices.
  Previous experience working in an international sales organization.
