Assistant Operations Manager - International Voice

Role & responsibilities

The below are the roles & responsibilities,

• Preparation
• Manage day-to-day performance of Account Managers
• Liase and lead frontline teams to support VIP clients
• Identify barriers to achieving performance measures and failure points within the customer experience and resolve short term and work with line managers on long term solutions
• Support senior strategic leads within the business on projects and initiatives that involve your business area
• Liaise with support teams to ensure comprehensive structure and rhythm around training, quality, and any other third party dependencies

Preferred candidate profile

The below are the skillsets needed,

• 3 years people leader experience within Contact Centre environment
• Hands on leader who is able to drive team performance in a pressurised environment.
• Experience of creating solutions through cross-functional working.
• Customer focussed
