• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Provide information about products and services.
• Answer customer queries and address concerns.
• Maintain call logs and records of customer interactions.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Stay updated with the latest product and service offerings.
• Ensure compliance with telecalling standards and guidelines.
• Provide support and guidance to junior telecallers.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops.
• Prepare and present call reports to senior management.
