Full Stack Developer (4-6 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to oversee the full development lifecycle of web and software applications. You will design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable, user-friendly solutions that align with business objectives. This role requires expertise in both front-end and back- end development, cloud deployment, and a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Full Development Lifecycle :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web and software applications.

- Manage the entire application lifecycle, from concept to deployment.

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.

2. Front-End Development :

- Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Write clean, reusable, and efficient front-end code.

- Collaborate with designers to integrate UI/UX elements seamlessly.

3. Back-End Development :

- Develop and maintain server-side logic using PHP and frameworks such as Laravel and CodeIgniter 4.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Manage relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

4. Testing and Debugging :

- Conduct unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using tools like Jest, Mocha, or Selenium.

- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs.

- Maintain high code quality through regular reviews and adherence to standards.

5. Collaboration and Mentorship :

- Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers.

- Document technical designs, development processes, and APIs.

- Mentor and guide junior developers as needed.

Required Skills & Experience :

Technical Skills :

- Front-End : Proficiency in WordPress, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Back-End : Strong knowledge of PHP, Laravel, CodeIgniter 4, and WordPress.

- Databases : Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Firebase.

- APIs : Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

- Version Control : Proficient in Git with experience using platforms like GitHub or GitLab.

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :
