Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities :

• Coordinating and enforcing branding guidelines across departments and business lines.
• Generating Leads for the auction properties & Investments.
• Generating ideas and content for sales collateral, advertising, bank auction properties.
• Conducting competitive analysis and organizing direct mail campaigns.
• Managing online promotions and sending business updates to clients.

Business and customer:-

• Cross sell of Investment and deposits products to both existing and new customers.
• Generate referrals from internal base for generating new customers.
• Administer and ensure compliance to all sales practices.
• Meet the business targets and identify sales opportunities.
• Prepare and analyze branch profitability.
• Self-sourcing business basis opportunity and potential.
• Ensure seamless on-boarding experience for customers.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-4 years of experience in bank marketing, sales.
• Good communication skills
• Good presentation skills.
• Able to work with time and meet deadline guidelines.
