Branch Manager

Role & responsibilities :

• Lead Generation - Find a new customers and client leads through networking and social media.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Pitch our products/services to clients and provide tailored solutions.
• Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Achieve monthly sales targets with demonstrable key performance indicators (KPI)
• Communicate effectively to foster relationships with new and existing clients.

Preferred candidate profile :

• 2-5 years proven experience as a BDE or similar role.
• Strong sales knowledge and conversion skill
• Result- oriented mindset with a drive for success
• Worked in any Banking and NBFC is preferable
• Any UG degree
