Job Description
- Responsible for operational delivery for strategic tasks and projects, impacting Fraud and AML.
- Support process improvement needs with department leads, facilitate sessions and support execution of newly established improvements.
- Act as a process architect to support Fraud and AML team to ensure adherence with Business Execution Managers framework and strategy.
- Support overall strategy for Fraud and AML and assist Business Execution Manager with distributing and monitoring task completion.
- Conduct regular audits of processes and business rules to ensure they are kept current and aligned with.
- Drive process optimization, ensure consistency, and find opportunities for process improvements.
- Create models and mechanisms that make the delivery and execution of processes smooth.
- Make sure that each task is being distributed to the correct team and or focal, ensuring overall distribution is done in a balanced manner.
- Organise, attend and participate in partner meetings, ensuring partner views are managed towards the best solution.
- Track, document, report and follow up on required actions/decisions from meetings.
- Prepare necessary presentation material for project meetings, Town Halls and delivery sessions chairing and facilitating meetings where appropriate.
- Ensure all key business programs are communicated and implemented with limited disruption.
- Ensure business adhere to set framework and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each process.
- Articulate the updates and their impact from people, process, policy, and systems perspective across partners.
- Create and maintain a process management calendar to fulfil each goal and objective including benefits forecasting.
- Ensure post-handover that each process is fully embedded into standard BAU ensuring all key benefits are realised.
- Support operational excellence by ensuring training modules are planned, tracked and driven by respective teams.
- Support other workstreams and product owners as required.
What you ll bring:
- Highly organised and excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels within the organization.
- Thorough understanding of the challenges and needs of Fraud Operations to drive discussions and represent the interests of the team.
- Able to work on several concurrent subjects to tight timescales and have a pragmatic approach to the resolution of several complex challenges.
- Able to work to tight deadlines and manage expectations
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Knowledge and understanding of the principles, field, methodology, and practices of change management.
- Able to work autonomously with a pro-active attitude, knowing when to consult.
- Able to deal with ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
- Experience using problem solving and analytical skills to solve business problems and drive process improvements.
- Proficient with various Reporting Solutions (MicroStrategy, Excel, etc.) and office productivity applications (Miro, Asana, Planner, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and external clients
Desirable
- Experience implementing new processes
- Previous experience with Automation
- Experience with Confluence, JIRA and other Programme/Project Management Tools
- Recognised Lean Six Sigma certification
