Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Corporate Accounting team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of general ledger accounting, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accuracy and integrity of the general ledger, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures, and recommend improvements tailored to the Fluence organization.
Assist with external audits, providing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis as requested by management.
Support the Corporate Accounting team in continuous process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field and MBA.
Chartered Accountant or Semi qualified Chartered Accountant.
1-2 years of experience in general accounting areas
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
