Role & responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven professional to join our team. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for conducting market and vendor research, identifying
suitable partners, and establishing relationships with partners.
They will also contribute to the bidding process for tenders by analysing the requirements of RFPs, compiling required documents, making responses to specification and coordinating commercials with supervisors. In essence lead bid coordination and contribute to their preparation too.
This role encompasses the entire supply chain processfrom identifying opportunities
and bidding on tenders to managing contract execution and ensuring successful product delivery.

ideal candidate has a positive attitude, a strong willingness to learn, and the ability to
adapt in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who is emotionally
