Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to clients to generate leads and convert them into sales.
  
• Identify potential customers' needs and provide solutions through effective communication.
  
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or related field (BPO industry).
  
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, Telugu languages.
  
• Strong convincing power and selling skills for successful lead generation.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
