Floor Coordinator

What Youll Do:

• Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of the assigned floor or unit, including patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to ensure that patient care plans are being followed and that all patient needs are being met.
• Manage and allocate resources, such as equipment and supplies, to ensure efficient and effective operation of the unit.
• Act as a liaison between patients, their families, and the healthcare team, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the unit, adhering to all hospital protocols and regulations.
• Assist with staff scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage and appropriate skill mix on the floor.
  

What We Are Looking For:

• Graduate
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the role of Coordinator.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proven team leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
