Hr Executive And Generalist

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely placement of qualified
candidates.
• Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and support open enrollment processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HR databases.
• Generate HR reports as needed for management review.
