Manager - KAM - Furniture (Externalization & FK business) - Jeeves

- Identifying new Opportunities within the existing and New Business Models

- Review and analyze sales reports monitoring and taking corrective actions

- Improving Metrics

- Reviewing and effectively deal with field operations and customer service team to maintain the SLA and control the breaches

- Escalation Management internal and external customers to be defined and solved

- Providing the monthly feedback to clients and stakeholders to improve and appreciate

- Strategize and seek opportunity for expansion new territory

- Manage and rollout new Projects and time bond implementation

- Research and look for new opportunities

- Daily / Weekly /Monthly and Qtly meetings with internal stake holders and Clients

- Provision of Monthly demand for planning

- Ensure all business operations are within the company compliance

- Stakeholders management

- Working closely with legal team for all Business agreements

- Brand Product improvement by suggesting the changes in design

- Managing the Key accounts of all business

- Reconciliation of accounts and payments

- Monthly /Quarterly visits to all brands and clients for maintain healthy relationship and improvement

- Managing overall PAN INDIA Operations /Business and Brands
