Role: Mobile Application Developer (Flutter)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code. Need to have good knowledge on GetX (state management solution).

Responsibilities:

• Develop multi-platform apps for iOS and Android using Google's Flutter development framework, focusing on creating new user experiences.
• Contribute to and manage high-scale production mobile apps with a minimum of 8+ years of Flutter development experience and 5+ years of iOS development experience.
• Conduct unit testing of applications to ensure optimal functionality.
• Build and deploy moderately complex Flutter apps, ensuring seamless development and deployment in the development environment.
• Work closely with clients, articulate issues clearly, and provide solutions effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance.
• Ensure continuous integration and delivery using CI/CD pipelines.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them into operations and activities.
• Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code.
• Lead a team of at least 5 developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Oversee project timelines and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software.

Technical Experience:

• In-depth knowledge and 8+ years of experience in Flutter, Dart, Mobile App Development, Android Development, iOS App Development, Architecture.
• Strong experience with state management solutions like GetX, Provider, or Riverpod.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications to back-end services.
• Strong knowledge of UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
• Proficiency in translating UI/UX designs into code.
• Good understanding of Firebase, Location Services, Maps, and other common Android/IOS libraries, and Payment Gateways.
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
• Advanced debugging, testing, and optimization skills.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello.
• Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.

• 8+ years of experience in Flutter, Dart, Mobile App Development, Architecture, and 3+ years of experience in iOS development.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proven experience leading a team of at least 5 developers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
