As a Salesforce Developer, you will have the opportunity to be a part of our growth and

dynamic environment. We are looking for an individual that will be central to continually

improving and enhancing the Salesforce platform for our organization. This position will be

responsible for all code-based solutions within Salesforce, as well as those involving data

migrations, systems integrations and 3rd party applications, such as NetSuite, Workfront,

Asana, and Workato. The Salesforce Developer position will work closely with the Salesforce

Administrators and Business Analysts to develop solutions that support business requirements

and drive key business decisions.

To ensure success in this role, you should possess extensive knowledge of Salesforce system

development specifically should have Experience Cloud experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You'll be part of a team of four other admins. You'll frequently be required to meet with stakeholders throughout the organization to gather requirements, and would typically work on multiple projects simultaneously. So you'll need excellent time

management skills.

What you'll do...

• Collaborate with the Salesforce Administrators to validate business requirements and

any considerations (security, scalability, limits)

Salesforce Developer

• Develop custom user interfaces, including Lightning pages, Aura components and

Lightning web components

• Integrations: use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the

organization i.e. NetSuite, Workfront, Asana, and Workato

• Best Practices: Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and

write / maintain test classes for all custom development

• Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing

applications and code

• Demonstrate a proactive attitude to Salesforce enhancements and bringing existing

code into best practices

• Support the Salesforce Administrators
• Manage other non-Salesforce business systems such as Workfront, Asana and Workato

Preferred candidate profile

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,
• and Experience Cloud experience is mandatory
• A proven ability to work independently and to collaborate and communicate effectively
• with business stakeholders and peers
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
• A core competency in Microsoft Visual StudioCode, Salesforce Lightning Design System
• and the Salesforce development lifecycle
• A core competency in Apex LWC, Visualforce, and Java
• Proficiency in writing, interpreting, and critiquing technical specifications
• Proficiency in general web development with HTML, CSS, Javascript
• Proficiency in working with large data sets
• Proficiency in requirements gathering and stakeholder communications across all levels
• of the organization, up to and including C-suite stakeholders.Role & responsibilities
• Excellent communication skills and client relationship management specifically US
• Candidates willing to join immediately are preferred
• Willing to work as per US time zone(5-6hrs of overlap with US team)
• Candidates interested to work from home setup are preferred
