Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing, customizing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions, using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and other Salesforce technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Customization & Development:
• Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other tools.
• Create and maintain custom objects, fields, record types, workflows, process builder flows, and triggers.
• Customize Salesforce applications to meet business needs and improve operational efficiency.
• Integration:
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems, APIs, and third-party applications.
• Implement RESTful and SOAP-based web services to facilitate integration.
• Data Management:
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across Salesforce and external systems.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Troubleshooting & Support:
• Provide ongoing support for Salesforce applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices for development and testing.
• Collaboration:
• Work with business analysts, Salesforce administrators, and project teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure that the Salesforce platform is scalable and can accommodate future business needs.
• Release Management:
• Assist in deployment and version control processes using tools like Git, Salesforce DX, and change sets.
• Ensure the timely release of custom features and updates in line with project schedules.
• Documentation:
• Create and maintain technical documentation for custom developments, integrations, and processes.
• Develop user manuals or training materials as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in Salesforce development tools and languages: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs, external services, and middleware tools.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data management tools and features (e.g., Data Loader, Data Import Wizard).
• Knowledge of Salesforce's security model, including profiles, permission sets, and roles.
• Experience:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Proven experience working on Salesforce customizations, integrations, and deployment projects.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices and methodologies.
• Certifications:
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (required), Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred).
• Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
