Job Description

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we re looking to add a Junior Engineer - Component Engineering located in Bangalore (Electronic City)

What a typical day looks like

Responsibility to perform process audit in operation line.
Failure analysis - Root cause corrective action validation.
Responsible to collect the Bag Tag component from FA engineers.
Responsibility to store all BT component at safe Secure
Ensures data accuracy and completeness of documentation including logs, reports.
Components trend history analysis.
Failure components report preparation.
Attending meeting with Customer/Suppliers to review the 8D reports.
Preparing Weekly monthly reports review with customers.
RCFA follow ups with supplier.
Defective packing and shipment to Supplier for RCFA.
Interact with logistic team for shipment process

The experience we re looking to add to our team

Graduates with 3+ years of relevant work experience

Preferably Diploma / BE / B.Tech
Excellent team player able to work with other functions to bring results
Strong Decision-making skills
Candidates must have data analysis Skill
Candidates should have hands on experience in MS office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint Graphs.
Good Communication
