Senior Director, Corporate Strategy

JOB SUMMARY :

- Our team works closely with the Global CEO & Executive Leadership on key aspects of organizational strategy related to product, market, & competition. Our mission is to help corporate teams align with the companys vision and goals.

- You will join a unit of high-caliber strategists, former management consultants, investment bankers, and industry experts who use data, insights and hypothesis-driven analytics to aid informed decision making.

- You will work with team members to lead and drive various projects related to Market Analysis, Business Strategy, Competitive Strategy, and M&A. You will work with the teams leadership to translate ideas into action and create incisive deliverables for the companys senior management and decision makers.

- This is a unique opportunity to bring your research, analytical and strategy acumen to

multiple functions such as sales and marketing, finance, manufacturing operations, M&A, sustainability and more.

- You will work as a trusted advisor to business leaders and collaborate across all levels of the organization to understand needs of critical intelligence & analysis. In this role, you will have the chance to gain operating experience and develop leadership capabilities.

The role is based at Flexs Global Business Services office in Chennai, TN, India, and will report directly to the Senior Director, Corporate Strategy. You will interact with various stakeholders internationally.

WHAT A TYPICAL DAY LOOKS LIKE :

- Work with a team of high performing managers and analysts on cross-industry market analyses that can assist in strategic planning processes and competitive strategy

- Scope, execute & manage complex analytical projects by establishing problemstatements, crafting hypotheses, forming cohesive insights on opportunities & risks, and providing recommendations

- Drive effective project management

- Offer external views and market insights to assist Flex strategic planning

- Oversee the delivery of regular state of the industry & economy reports

- Based on corporate mandates & management theses, work with team to identify and analyze secular growth themes as well as disruptions

- Actively consult with analysts, business intelligence and subject matter experts where required

- Develop and implement a market and customer intelligence maturity roadmap

- Demonstrate sophisticated analytical skills - seeking out and piecing together fragments of information, extrapolating, building and applying conceptual models, recognizing patterns and drawing conclusions from partial data

- Prepare thought-leading, actionable Insight reports and/or powerpoint presentations for Senior Leaders

THE EXPERIENCE WERE LOOKING TO ADD TO THE TEAM:

- 18+ years work experience, including 5+ years in corporate strategy/ market intelligence & strategic planning/ competitive strategy/ management consulting/ equity research

- Experience in building and leading high-performance teams in organizations

- Experience in analytics and business intelligence projects is a plus

- Strong executive presence and comfort speaking in front of senior business

leaders up to C-Suite levels.

- Team player with strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership

capabilities

- Bachelors degree; business, finance, or economics; MBA a plus.

- Experience within or related to the technology and/or manufacturing industry

- Excellent writing skills, financial modeling, and communication skills

- Strong teamwork capabilities/collaboration
