Legal Compliance related to Environment , Health & Safety
1. Completion of statutory & regulatory requirements of Environment, Health and Safety EHS Audits
1. Planned / unplanned safety inspections for unsafe acts/conditions
2. Monthly audits & follow up with concerns for action plan
3. Co-ordination with external safety auditors / authorities HIRA/ HAZOP
1. Conduct Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment for all the activities
2. Validation of actions taken on HIRA /HAZOP findings Other
1. Safety concept design in new / modified machine, process, projects or utility etc.
2. Implementation of ISO 45000
3. ISO 14001
4. Training related to Environment, Health & Safety and sustainability
5. Develop & execute emergency response plan
6. Liaisoning with external agencies
1.Legal Compliance understanding
2. Knowledge of the Factories Act, State Factories Rules/ Local statutory requirements, Environment Protection rules and other related statutory & regulatory requirements.
3. Knowledge related to planning for Safety audits, Finding out Unsafe actions / unsafe conditions, report preparation
4. Detailed knowledge of Hazard identification & Risk assessment methodology and mitigation plan
5. Knowledge of machine safety, manufacturing process understanding
6. Knowledge of ISO 45001, 14001 7. Knowledge about emergency, emergency handling procedures etc.
