- Work Order planning - MTS and MTO
- Review of RM availability against daily Gap as per Finish goods Buffer Penetration Report.
- Review of RM availability against MTO (Make to Order) order as per FF MTO (Spike Order) Report.
- Release work order (priority wise) as per RM available.
- Monitoring of RM and find out the RM shortages against daily gap/ plan.
- Arrange shortage Raw Material from supplier against daily gap/ plan.
- Follow up with supplier against daily trigger and MTO order.
- Follow up with supplier against pending ASN (Advance Shipment Notice).
- Give priority to store to unload the vehicle against critical materials required for production.
- Need to be review RM is clear from QA or not after GRR.
- Review inventory value report and give priority to QA to inspect and clear the materials required for production.
- Give priority to dispatch team to dispatch the FG against customer (CAM) urgency.
Get the LR (Lorry Receipt) number, LR date and follow up of MIT (Material in Transit) materials with transporter of outside suppliers to avoid late receipt of RM with the help of Pending ASN report.
