Fleet Studio Technology - Full Stack Engineer - React.js/Python (4-9 yrs)

We are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work on both React (frontend) and Python (backend) technologies, with a focus on developing real-time applications using Server-Sent Events (SSE). You will also be responsible for integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and handling structured data inputs, dynamic question-answer flows, and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Frontend : Build dynamic, high-performance React applications with a focus on user experience.

- Backend : Develop robust Python-based backend services, using SSE for real-time data delivery.

- LLM Integration : Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) to process and respond to natural language inputs.

- Structured Data : Design and implement systems for managing structured inputs, questions, answers, and outcomes.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-quality software.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience with React and Python.

- Proven expertise in Server-Sent Events (SSE) for real-time applications.

- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and integration into production systems.

- Knowledge of structured data processing, including dynamic questions, answers, and outcomes.

- Ability to write clean, maintainable code while adhering to best practices.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Experience :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Familiarity with API development and database systems.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree such as BE / ME / MTech / MCA / MSc.

- 5+ years of industry experience in software development.
