Job Description
- Ensuring that the correct Agreement template is selected and completed, based on each owner s and ship s details
- Communicating with the owner to convey completed documentation and respond to Owner s queries
- Supervising the EU-ETS team (including the accounting staff and the assistant)
- Knowing how to obtain data from PARIS NOVA, account for EUA s accrued
- View Trading and MOHA accounts to check receipt of EUAs per ship / Owner
- Following up with each owner for EUAs to be transferred timely
Performs other ad hoc duties as assigned - Job Experience, Functional Knowledge and Qualifications
Essential: - Ideally 10+ years work experience working witihn industry or government regulation/tax/compliance environment.
- Past working experience in Shipping industry or Ship Management
- Company is preferred
- Excellent reporting and presentation skills
- Team management experience
- Client relationship management skills
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office and Microsoft 365
