Role & responsibilities

• Track & monitor fuel cost for the region.
• Track & monitor vehicle maintenance for the region.
• Daily arrangement of hire vehicle based on the request received from ops team.
• Monitoring daily hiring cost for the region.
• Regular check-up & upkeep of vehicle physical condition.
• Daily update of fleet MIS & share the same with MIS team.
• Co-ordinating with vendors on regular basis in the region.
• Maintaining & updating the statutory documents of vehicle.
• Follow up & visit the RTO office & respective authority.
• Execute any other related work as and when delegated.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong technical knowledge of fleet management and vehicle maintenance
• Ability to guide and influence manpower of ground level
• Ability to reduce maintenance cost
