JOB PURPOSE: We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Manager Performance, Culture & Learning Impact to drive key HR initiatives related to performance management, organizational culture, and measuring the impact of learning & development programs. This role requires expertise in designing and implementing performance frameworks, fostering a high-performance culture, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning initiatives to ensure business success. The ideal candidate should have experience in the BPO, KPO, or ITES industry, where managing large, diverse teams and ensuring cultural alignment is critical.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performance Management:
  • Design and implement a robust performance management framework tailored for the BPO and ITES environment.
  • Drive goal-setting, mid-year, and annual performance reviews in collaboration with business leaders.
  • Partner with managers to create performance improvement plans (PIPs) for underperforming employees.
  • Develop tools and methodologies for continuous feedback and performance coaching in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Utilize HR analytics to track performance trends, productivity levels, and key talent metrics.
Culture & Employee Experience:
  • Champion organizational culture initiatives that align with company values and business objectives, ensuring engagement across a distributed workforce.
  • Conduct culture assessments and provide recommendations for enhancing employee engagement and retention in a dynamic work setting.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to foster an inclusive, diverse, and high-performing work environment, particularly suited for BPO/KPO workforces.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive cultural transformation and embed desired behaviors across teams.
  • Partner with internal communication teams to promote cultural programs and employee engagement activities tailored for high-pressure, client-driven environments.
Learning Impact & Development:
  • Design metrics and methodologies to measure the effectiveness of training programs, ensuring alignment with business and performance goals.
  • Analyze data from training feedback, employee performance, and business outcomes to optimize L&D initiatives for both voice and non-voice processes.
  • Work with L&D teams to ensure training programs address skill gaps, process knowledge, compliance, and behavioral development.
  • Drive a learning culture by embedding continuous development programs within the organization.
  • Support leadership development programs and ensure alignment with the companys talent management strategy.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
  • Use HR analytics tools and dashboards to track key KPIs related to performance, culture, and learning.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends to enhance workforce productivity and engagement.
  • Present reports to senior management on performance trends, cultural shifts, and learning impact assessments, with a focus on attrition, productivity, and engagement levels.

Qualification and Experience:
Educational Qualification(s):
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
  • Bachelor s/Master s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR roles focusing on performance management, culture, and learning impact within the BPO, KPO, ITES, or customer service industry.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing performance management frameworks in a fast-paced, service-driven industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employee engagement strategies, cultural transformation initiatives, and retention strategies in BPO setups.
  • Experience in using HR analytics tools to measure and enhance learning outcomes, employee productivity, and workforce performance.
