The Manager - People and Culture will play a critical role in fostering a high-performance culture, ensuring employee engagement, and supporting the overall growth and success of BharatCares. This role will be responsible for all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and employee development.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent across various departments.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Address employee concerns and grievances effectively and proactively.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Develop and implement performance management systems, including performance reviews, goal setting, and feedback mechanisms.
Coach and mentor employees to enhance their performance and career development.
Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Foster a culture of learning and development within the organization.
Implement employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and social events.
Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
Conduct salary surveys and ensure competitive compensation packages.
Manage HR administration tasks, including employee records, payroll processing, and leave management.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Track key HR metrics and generate reports on employee performance, turnover, and other relevant data.
Utilize data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
Mandatory Qualification and Experience:
Masters degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a proven track record of success in all aspects of HR management.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HR software and tools.
Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is preferred.
