Text Analytics model management business analyst

Location - Bangalore/Chennai WFO

Responsibilities :

- Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to identify the business requirements for text analytics use cases, such as sentiment analysis, topic modeling, or document classification.

- Model Management : Ensure that text analytics models (e.g., NLP models) are meeting performance benchmarks, managing their lifecycle, and coordinating updates when needed.

- Data Preparation : Work closely with data teams to source, clean, and prepare text data for analysis or model training.

- Tooling & Platforms : Familiarity with popular text analytics platforms (e.g., Azure Cognitive Services, Google NLP API, or open-source tools like SpaCy, Hugging Face) and any associated model management tools.

- Stakeholder Communication : Translate technical insights into actionable business strategies and decisions, working between data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders.

- Reporting : Monitor the performance of text analytics solutions and prepare reports to inform stakeholders of key insights and areas for improvement.

- Model Compliance & Ethics : Ensure models comply with regulatory and ethical standards, especially when dealing with sensitive data.

Skills :

- NLP (Natural Language Processing) understanding.

- Experience with machine learning lifecycle management.

- Strong background in data analytics and reporting tools.

- Experience with cloud platforms and text analytics services (Azure, AWS, GCP).

- Business process mapping and requirements gathering.
