Digital Media Strategist || Advertising Agency

Responsibility:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital/ social media strategies to achieve client goals and maximize ROI.
• Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into digital media strategies and tactics and prepare calendars and scheduling.
• Monitor and analyze social media trends, insights, and best practices for continuous improvement.
• Organized and autonomous; you'll be responsible for motivating the team to do great work, whilst anticipating any areas that may hinder the success of the campaign
• Whilst you will work with a Project Manager to support with budgets and timings, you will have an excellent understanding of processes and what it takes to deliver social campaigns on budget and on time.
• Proactively identify opportunities to expand client social media programs and present new ideas to drive business growth
• Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
• Lead and mentor a team of digital media specialists, providing guidance and support in campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
• Serve as the social media guru, educating and empowering our clients to harness the power of these channels
• Continuous analysis of paid search campaigns to identify potential opportunities, providing recommendations for optimization through ad copy, keywords, ad groups, targeting, bidding, and landing pages.
