We are on a mission to automate AML compliance globally and were looking for a Customer Engineer to join our team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Customer Engineer at Flagright, youll be the technical backbone of our customer support, ensuring successful API integration and optimal platform performance. Youll work directly with customers to resolve technical challenges while collaborating with internal teams to enhance product quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Integration Ownership: Own the full integration lifecycle from scoping to deployment, create implementation plans, and ensure successful customer onboarding.
Technical Support: Lead API and webhook integration support, perform advanced troubleshooting, optimize performance, and implement custom solutions to meet customer needs.
Incident Management: Own the resolution of technical issues within SLA targets, conduct root cause analysis, and maintain comprehensive incident documentation.
Documentation Quality: Create and maintain technical documentation, validate solutions pre-deployment, and establish best practices for customer implementations.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and customer success teams to escalate issues, provide customer feedback, and drive product improvements.
YOUR PROFILE
3+ years experience in customer facing technical role, preferably with API-first products
Strong programming skills and experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and debugging tools
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a systematic approach to troubleshooting
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Experience with ticketing systems and incident management processes
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and practices related to handling sensitive financial information.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Experience with working with large enterprises
Knowledge of financial technology, payments, or risk management systems
Experience with SDLC and complex integration process
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
Familiarity with monitoring tools and logging systems
Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
