Job Description
- Creating detailed MEP & HVAC Modular Support drawings based on project specifications, sketches, and guidelines.
- Coordinating with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate and timely completion of drawings.
- Review and modify drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Prepare material take-offs and assist in quantity estimation for Modular Support components.
- Coordinate with other disciplines (architectural, structural) from client side to integrate modular support systems into overall project design.
- Maintain drawing files and documentation for future reference and revisions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in MEP drafting.
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing/ Piping Engineering or ITI/ NCTVT - Mechanical Draftsman
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in MEP Drafting or related field
- Shall be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Inventor, or similar drafting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drawings
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and meet project deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
