Java Full Stack Developer (4-6 yrs)

Job Description :

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications. You will leverage your skills in both backend and frontend technologies to create robust solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, and program teams to understand business requirements, document technical solutions, and deliver functional software solutions that meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with Product, Program, and Business teams to gather and understand requirements.

- Design and document technical solutions based on business needs and requirements.

- Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and RDBMS.

- Design and implement front-end user interfaces using React JS to create an intuitive user experience.

- Utilize ElasticSearch for efficient data indexing and search capabilities within the applications.

- Build scalable, maintainable, and efficient code to meet both functional and non-functional requirements.

- Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and application reliability.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to improve performance and scalability.

- Assist in ensuring seamless integration between different parts of the application and third-party services.

- Work in an Agile development environment, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews.

- Maintain proper documentation for solutions, processes, and technical designs.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer or in similar roles with a focus on both backend and frontend technologies.

- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for backend development.

- Experience with Kafka for event-driven architecture and message-driven processing.

- Hands-on experience with relational databases (RDBMS) and writing efficient SQL queries.

- Expertise in ElasticSearch for building search and analytics solutions.

- Proficiency in React JS for developing modern, responsive user interfaces.

- Solid understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills :

- Skills Set : Java , Spring boot ,Kafka RDBMS, Elastic Search, React JS

- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.

- Familiarity with microservices architecture and API design.

- Experience with version control systems such as Git.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
