Area Sales Manager - HORECA (8-12 yrs)

- Promote & Achieve sales of Liquid Condiments in North Eastern States among Hotels, Restaurants & Catering Agencies (HoReCa)

- Guide & Motivate team of Area Sale Executives & Sales Executives to achieve targeted sales

- Plan & assign sale targets to sale team

- Monitor performance of the team, recommend mid course correction where performance is behind targets

- Report performance to ZSM/ RSM and seek guidance for better performance

- Monitor competitor activities and brief Trade Marketing team to counter or score over the competitions

- Ensure proper coverage of each NE state and provide staff wherever required
