This role requires developing and overseeing marketing campaigns to promote products of Food Company & encompasses creative, analytical, digital, commercial and administrative responsibilities.
As a Marketing Manager, the incumbent will contribute to and develop integrated marketing campaigns to promote food products . This is a varied role, which includes:
Planning, Advertising,Public relations, Event organisation, Product development & Sponsorship.
The responsibility includes:
- Should design communication tools to be shared with customers/distributors
- Should communicate any specific days/festivals which affects the demand significantly.
- To collate data and prepare PPT on New Regional/National trends, categories which could then be shared with customers.
- Analyse customer demographics, research competitors and market trends.
- To organize events and exhibitions.
- Updating databases and using customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Managing campaigns on various social media platforms and promoting products.
- Plan for Marketing Material to be shared with customers
- Develop marketing plans and ideas for India in line with direction of the company and brand.
- Work closely with the commercial team to develop and manage market well with respect to marketing.
- Visiting market and identifying key challenges and gaps to find effective solutions within the scope of marketing.
- Drive marketing content and communications across key platforms with focus on digital alignment.
- Manage and track marketing spend and budgets closely on a year-to-year basis,
- Manage communications/PR and ensure brand message is consistent throughout all platforms.
- Drive opportunities with relevant media, both print and digital, to increase awareness for the brand within key stakeholders.
- Ensure that all marketing materials, POSMs, content, tools and all related deliverables needed by distributors and commercial team is delivered on time and in full.
- Train and guide commercial team and distributors on brand guidelines with respective initiatives in line with the company and brand direction.
