BIM Modeller // Senior BIM Modeller

Role & responsibilities

The candidate must be well versed with the Autodesk softwares like CAD and REVIT, BIM, knowledge of Navisworks would be added advantage.

The BIM Modeller would play a key role in

1.

Data extraction (MEP Services) from the project drawings received.

2.

Converting schematic designs to 3D models using REVIT.

3.

Parametric family creation.

4.

Placing structural module in the final building model.

5.

Drafting Engineering Judgement documents.

6.

Preparation of Subframe drawings in Auto CAD and Revit for Façade Systems – (Sufficient Inputs shall be provided for the same)

Profile Requisites

1. Years of experience – 3 to 4 years 2. Domain – MEP services design & drafting background or very strong hold on the required software skills. 3. Software Skills Required a. Auto CAD b. Revit c. BIM c. Navisworks. (Added Advantage)
