Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities (Indicative not exhaustive)
- Should have a good understanding of the following: US Real Estate or Title Tax Process could be an added advantage.
- Good computer operating skills with moderate typing speed. 25 WPM with 90% accuracy preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to converse directly with client
- Strong analytical, logical approach and data management skills.
- Ability to multi-tasking various projects.
- Comfortable with flexible work timings including India late night shift to cover PST clients and willingness to stretch
- Proficiency in MS-Office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word)
- Ability to deliver process training for new members of the team.
- Preferred educational qualifications: Graduation or an equivalent of (10+2+3) year of education
- Preferred work experience: 1 year & above experience in US mortgage with Origination, Title, Servicing, and / or Post Closing / US Real Estate exposure shall be a great advantage
