Client Account Lead - Consulting Firm - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (11-20 yrs)

Looking someone from consulting oraganization or Startups Fintech, Ecommerce, Consumer goods industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and manage strong client relationships with startups ensuring smooth delivery of services, prior knowledge of funding through various rounds and scaling up the business.

- Leverage first-hand experience in startups or working closely with them with an ability to speak their language and navigate the challenges of fast-paced dynamic work environment.

- Bring fresh entrepreneurial perspectives to client interactions identifying innovative solutions and fostering trust to ensure mutual growth and success

- Ideal for individuals who thrive in unstructured high energy settings, adapt quickly and are passionate about helping startups scale sustainably

Roles & Responsibilities:

Growing business:

- Contribute to expanding companies footprint and share of wallet in client/industry; accountable for portion of business results on the account (at a minimum.)

- Bring disruptive and innovative ideas to originate new opportunities (while also pursuing business as-usual opportunities.)

- Leverage industry networks and partner with experienced CALs to understand the overall growth of the industry at - and build industry mastery.

- Get involved in complex commercial problems and negotiations.

- Deepen companies acumen (e.g., organizational constructs/networks/offerings/ecosystem partners)
to assess how to bring all of - to the client.

- Lead/contribute to development of assets and offerings.
