RPA Uipath Quality Analyst

Requirements
• Proven work experience as a Process Analyst for at least 7+ years
• 5+ years experience in business analytics; healthcare background preferred
• Experience in business process improvement and process reengineering
• Experience creating RPA Process Definition Documents (PDD) ensuring Process
• Experience working with teams of Architects and Developers
• Knowledge of requirements management and/or prototyping (ALM, Jira, etc..)
• Mastery in MS Office
• Independent, self-driven and highly collaborative; must have strong Visio diagram skills and creative design mentality
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong ability to ‘think outside of the box’ and provide innovative solutions
• Effective communication skills in articulating business documentation that guide technical team members’ steps for implementation
• Readiness to learn new skills and share experience
• Able to effectively work thru obstacles and deliver by given deadlines
